Accreditation and Rating International Agency (ARIA) is Uzbekistan’s pioneering non-governmental organization focused on the evaluation and improvement of educational quality. Founded in 2024, ARIA plays a crucial role in accrediting institutions and academic programs across various levels of education. With a mission centered on fostering excellence and transparency in education, ARIA serves a broad audience including students, educators, institutions, government bodies, and employers. The agency’s objective is to support the development of a robust and globally competitive education system in Uzbekistan by aligning with international standards.

A core strength of ARIA lies in its active participation in global quality assurance networks. It is a recognized member of the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA), which promotes collaboration among regional agencies. ARIA is also affiliated with the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE), representing practice-based higher education institutions in Europe. Additionally, its membership in the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) and the Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia-Pacific (NEQMAP) enables ARIA to stay at the forefront of educational quality trends and innovations across continents.

Beyond memberships, ARIA has forged meaningful partnerships that amplify its impact. It collaborates with the Silk-Road Universities Network (SUN), an alliance of universities promoting academic and cultural exchange across countries along the historic Silk Road. ARIA is also partnered with the Kelkar Education Trust’s Scientific Research Centre, strengthening its focus on research-based educational assessment and development. These partnerships provide a platform for shared expertise, joint initiatives, and innovative approaches to educational quality assurance.
